Why a Combi-Floor?

  • Combines PEMF and vibration

  • Improves circulation

  • Aids recovery

  • Speeds up rehabilitative processes

  • Develops muscle tone

The Combi-Floor uses whole-body vibration. When the vibrations are transmitted to the body, they cause the muscles to contract and release. Vibrations may also cause the body to produce more osteoblasts (cells that produce bone).

Vibration can be used to stimulate blood circulation and can be used to treat inflammation, speed up the healing process, reduce pain, and aid in the prevention of injury. It can be also used to promote the development of muscle tone and bone density in performance horses.

The addition of PEMF therapy (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy) helps to aid the repair of soft tissue injuries and reducing inflammation for pain relief, and even the healing of fractures.

PLEASE NOTE: None of the treatments are intended to replace or act as an alternative to conventional treatments given by a vet. The Veterinary Surgery Act of 1966 (amended 1996) prohibits anyone other than a Veterinary Surgeon to diagnose ailments and giving of advice on such diagnosis.
